At Property Point, we believe in the upliftment of the township economy through the  incubation and acceleration of artisanal businesses operating in the township.

The Kagiso IncubationHub offer access to co-working workshops for diesel mechanic, electrical and plumbing services. The workshops are fully kitted with equipment and machinery and provide access to field services vehicle to the beneficiary SMMEs. SMMEs can also get access to co-working office space, meeting rooms and boardroom facilities at the hub.

Various bespoke interventions at the hub include networking opportunities, marketing assistance, technical training, technical support legal advice, and funding opportunities, aiming to foster innovation, promote entrepreneurship, and empower artisans to thrive in competitive markets

“It marks a watershed moment for the Kagiso programme. With enhanced mobility, we are now better equipped to reach and support local businesses. This vehicle is not just a means of transportation; it symbolises the journey of growth and success that we are embarking on with each entrepreneur in our programme,” he said.
