A MESSAGE FROM THE COO
We are immensely proud of the exceptional achievements our dedicated team has accomplished over the years. Our unwavering commitment to supporting and empowering SGBs across South Africa has yielded remarkable results.
The challenges faced by small businesses—such as access to finance and market opportunities—remain at the forefront of our efforts. Yet, despite these hurdles, we remain committed to helping SGBs unlock their full potential and ensure that we are preparing them for market opportunities. We firmly believe that SMEs can drive South Africa’s economic prosperity through job creation and innovation.
We want to express our gratitude to our exceptional team, our partners, and, most importantly, the entrepreneurs we serve. A MESSAGE FROM OUR Executive Head
Driving Economic Inclusion Through Enterprise Development, Supplier Development and Local Economic Development
At Property Point, we believe that economic inclusion is not just a goal—it’s a responsibility. Through our Programme Management Department, we provide enterprise and supplier development support to over 100 small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) across the country. These businesses form the backbone of our economy, and by equipping them with the right tools, networks, and opportunities, we ensure their sustainability and growth.
Equally important is our Local Economic Development Department, which bridges the gap between our clients and the communities they serve. We design and implement processes that drive economic empowerment, ensuring that local businesses and labor play a meaningful role in construction projects and existing assets. Our work fosters real partnerships between industry stakeholders and communities, creating long-term value and shared prosperity.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to strengthening these efforts—because when small businesses grow, communities thrive, and the economy prospers.
