We’re on a quest for Programme Managers to join our dynamic and diverse tribe of change makers! The Chosen Ones will take the lead in supporting our businesses in Cape Town and Johannesburg.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this unique role, you will need the following:

  • Tertiary qualification, preferably in a business related field;
  • Minimum of three years hands-on experience as a business advisor or having run your own business
  • Financial literacy – basic understanding of financial statements
  • Valid drivers’ license and own vehicle

JOB DESCRIPTION

As Programme Manager you will support, guide and inspire multiple cohorts of businesses on our prestigious Enterprise and Supplier Development Programme.

The role will need your skills in selecting the right businesses on to the program, diagnostic evaluation of business needs and preparing development maps.

We are looking for someone that takes action – execution of deliverables is key for us.
Our team needs someone who can advise businesses wisely and build relationships with each entrepreneur, liaise with service providers and commit to weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to the Head of Programme Management.

The Programme Manager ensures the high standard of quality on the program and is required to use the tools available to engage with the entrepreneurs on the programme.
